Job summary
Permanent Full Time 40 HoursWe have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Engineer to join our team within Lovell East Anglia, working across various sites in the region.
We are looking for a hardworking and committed multi skilled Customer Service Engineer who has a core trade of a decorator or carpenter to deliver excellent customer service whilst complying with our service first and service delivery principles.
The role involves managing and delivering post contract services to our clients and purchasers, to continually improve our customer journey and enhance our customer satisfaction results.
The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate a proactive attitude towards achieving successful outcomes in the following areas:
* Experience of the building industry
* Knowledge of NHBC requirements
* Proven experience in customer service is essential, excellent communication and organisational skills
* Delivering quality
* Meeting deadlines
* Adhering to our Lovell Way principles
* Compliance with the Companys policies and procedures in respect of Health, Safety, the Environment, LIMS, IT and Human Resources.
* Multi skill capabilities with a track record in a proactive approach in resolving a wide range of defects
Candidates must be willing to travel throughout the whole of the East Anglia region and therefore must hold a driving licence.
