Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Answering the Phone and Directing Calls: Efficiently handle incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate department or individual.
Receipt and Distribution of Post and Parcels: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and parcels to the designated recipients.
Administrative Support for Accounts Department: Assist our accounts department with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document organization.
Data Entry: Accurately input relevant information into our internal database or computer system.
Filing: Organize and maintain physical and digital files and documents in a systematic and orderly manner.
Greeting Visitors: Welcome visitors with a professional and friendly approach, ensuring a positive experience.
Ad Hoc Administrative Support: Provide support to other departments as needed to meet their administrative requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Excellent Communication Skills: Proficient in written and verbal communication.
Professional Phone Manner: Handle phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
Ability to Use Initiative: Take independent action and make decisions when necessary.
Friendly and Professional Approach: Maintain a positive and approachable demeanour in all interactions.
Experience with Microsoft Packages: Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
