Full description of the role
This seasonal role should start in September until around April 2024
As part of your role, you will be completing multi drop tanker deliveries to farms and commercial premises. The work will be working on a 4 on 2 off shift pattern, starting at around 6am. The site is located in Elland.
There is also night work available on a 4 on 2 off shift pattern starting at around 6pm. Night bonus of £20 per shift paid.
No ADR experience is required but you must have your ADR licence in class 2 in tanks. CPC and digi card are required. New / inexperienced drivers will be considered for the role.
This is a great opportunity for HGV Class 2 Drivers around the Elland area.
PPE is provided and full training will be given.
Key responsibilities are:
Ensure deliveries are made to the customer with a high level of customer service as standard
Work in a safe, compliant, and professional manner in line with the clients operational planning
Qualifications/Requirements
ADR-T Licence (new pass acceptable)
1 years experience Class 2 Driving
C Licence
CPC
Tachograph
Understanding of drivers hours regulations
For insurance purposes, you must have relevant HGV experience and should have no more than 6 points on your licence (no DD or DR convictions in the last year)
