Job summary
We have an exciting and challenging new job opportunity for a Case Administrator Support worker to join one of our law enforcement Government clients within the offender management system in Sutton, Downview! This is a part time temporary role for an ongoing 12 months with a view to extend the contract further.the working hours ARE TUESDAY-FRIDAY 9-5 29 HOURS A WEEK
The responsibilities of the role will include:
The manager has health needs under the Disability Discrimination Act and requires support to enable her to do her work effectively.
support the manager with administrative duties whilst working in in Offender Manager with administrative duties whilst working in an Offender Management Unit settings
Organising her diary - arranging meetings, appointments
Organising her emails - prioritising queries, responding on her behalf
General admins task such as making referrals, filling in forms on behalf of POM
Attending all prisoner facing meetings with POM to take notes
Carrying her laptop to/from her car to the office
Opening gates for her

Responsible for setting up and maintain accurate offender and victim information on relevant approved databases
Provide cover for an effective and efficient receptionWhere necessary, issue petty cash / vouchers / warrants for travel costs etc, maintaining appropriate records in line with local office financial procedures.
" Organise the availability of appropriate equipment, materials, and facilities for activities relating to the management of cases.
" Receive and distribute information and communications in an appropriate manner, e.g. telephone, paper, e-mail"
Skills and Experience required
Delivering at pace
Strong communication skills both verbally and written is essential
Use and work on your own initiative
Good organisation skills interest within Criminal justice and rehabilitation strong and committed individual who can adapt to unexpected situations
Need to have good IT skills including proficiency using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Teams etc. tackle challenges and in a competent and reliable way
At least 1 year's administration experience is required.Salary: £10.42 with benefits of pension scheme and holiday. The hours are working 9-5 Tuesday - Friday in the office. 29 hours a week hours a week
