Key responsibilities as the Business Development Executive:
Contact potential customers via phone, email and face to face to establish interest
Provide excellent customer service and introduce them to a fantastic range of products
Build long lasting relationships with customers and handle a large portfolio
Ensure customer information is accurate and consistently updated
Pro-actively contacting existing customers to update them on product releasesKey Skills needed to excel as a Business Development Executive:
Confident communicator both written and verbal
Experience within office-based sales or customer service
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
Strong interpersonal skills
