Working Pattern: Hybrid - 3 days in the office / 2 days WFH
Hours: 07:45 - 16:30 / Early Friday Finish
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an energetic and ambitious Marketing Executive to join one of the largest, market leading FMCG operations in North Cambridgeshire.
Its a dynamic, forward thinking and innovative environment serving all the major supermarkets and beyond. This FMCG company believes that food is not just sustenance - it's an experience. Their brands have been delighting taste buds and sparking joy for years, and they're now seeking a visionary Marketing Executive / Assistant Brand Manager to amplify their impact. As a leader in the food industry, they're committed to innovation, quality, and making every meal memorable.
As Marketing Executive - You will be actively involved in tracking and monitoring brand performance within Nielsen and Kantar, while supporting the BM and SBM with developing brand presentations for commercial sell-ins. Delivering engaging media plans using various channels such as TV, digital and social media.
You will adapt global marketing materials and ensure they're suitable for use in the UK. Manage and develop online content and branding for the team. As well as, leading the packaging and artwork process for all major brands.
All while managing the budgets and reporting and supporting the broader team with ad hoc requests on brand performance.
Key Candidate Criteria:
You will have marketing experience and familiarity with Nielsen/Kantar; excellent communication skills and attention to detail. You will be able to articulate the brand strategically, have strong product management & prioritisation skills and hold strong analytical abilities (Microsoft Excel).
You would have a natural curiosity and consumer focus, with a keen eye for emerging trends. Proven experience of building effective relationships, leading and managing change and collaboration across departments to achieve financial targets and joint goals
