Trainee Construction Recruitment ConsultantAltrincham,
£19k basic Plus Uncapped Commission with no threshold to start earning from month one. Realistic OTE £30,000+ Razing each year considerably.

Successful applicants will have a strong will to succeed with experience in one of the following;
Recruitment Consulting or Resourcing
Sales Professionals
Construction industry graduates with a relevant industry degree. i.e. Project Management, Quantity surveying etc.
Call Centre experience
We are based In a professional new-look office on Altrincham business park with parking on site and enjoy excellent public transport links.
THE ROLE
You will be responsible for sourcing new candidates and new roles. You must be a driven self-starter as this is the tough part of the job.
There is no getting away from it; recruitment is a target-orientated industry, and you will be expected to generate revenue to an agreed monthly target.
As your skills and confidence grow, you will be given the freedom to influence and own your recruitment processes from end-to-end.
