The Firm: Our client is a well-established and forward-thinking law firm with a strong reputation in the field of litigation. Currently looking to expand our talented team with the addition of a Litigation Solicitor who specializes in claimant work.The Role: As a Litigation Solicitor at our firm, you will handle a diverse caseload with a focus on Civil Litigation, particularly relating to Road Traffic Accidents (RTA), Employers Liability (EL), and Public Liability (PL). You will play a pivotal role in managing claims involving Credit Hire and Accident Management companies, providing expert guidance throughout the claims process in accordance with the Civil Procedure Rules.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Proven claimant experience with a focus on Litigation.
* Experience in dealing with Credit Hire/Accident Management companies.
* Good working knowledge of the claims process and in-depth understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules.
* Experience handling civil litigation files, including RTA, EL/PL cases.
* Familiarity with the MOJ Portal process.
* Exceptional client care skills.
* Ability to work efficiently and effectively, both independently and as part of a team.
