Company & Project: A successful main contractor with a long track record of delivering projects in East Anglia have a new requirement for a Construction Planner to join their successful business.
They require an exceptional construction professional to offer both pre-contract and on-site planning on a range of projects across Residential, Education, Commercial, Mixed-Use and Retail & Leisure sectors - including New Build and Refurbishment projects.
Duties & Responsibilities: The successful candidate will take responsibility for the tender planning function including all pre con duties from initial enquiry to contract award in addition to supporting the Project Managers on site with programme updates. The ideal candidate will have a good construction methodology and ASTA PowerProject software experience.
Desirable Experience:
- Experience working in a pure planning role.
- Degree or HND/HNC or BTEC qualified in either BSc Construction Management, Civil Engineering or comparable/similar.
- Strong IT skills and experience using ASTA PowerProject would be advantageous.
- Previous Roles: Project Planner OR Senior Planner OR Construction Planner OR Assistant Planner OR Trainee Planner.
Qualifications & Skills: Degree in Construction Management, HNC/HND or BTEC - or comparable construction qualification. ASTA PowerProject software.
