Purpose of the Role:

* To maximise gross and net profit targets in the branch through the successful servicing of existing clients and acquiring new business. Managing and overseeing the branch to ensure efficient operation of the branch day to day to maximise results and achieve peak performance.

Qualifications & Experience required

* Good standard of education; ideally holding relevant business management qualification(s)

* Demonstrable successful experience in a sales or business development role is essential.

* Previous experience and proven success within the recruitment industry is essential.

* A strong commercial awareness and high level of business acumen is essential.

* Strong people management skills and proven ability of managing a successful team.

* Current, valid driving licence.

As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for:

* Managing and developing core branch business to meet predefined targets and business objectives.

* Accountable for achieving all set financial budgets, in line with branch P&L.

* Driving business development opportunities by identifying new business opportunities with prospective and existing clients.

* Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback, support and coaching as required.

* Monitoring branch sales activity and assessing performance, ensuring action plans are in place to meet targets/expectations.

* Interacting with customers on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction and to build a strong relationship.

* Leading regular team meetings to discuss team performance and provide wider business updates.

* Guiding the team through the day-to-day workload, ensuring you develop and mentor each individual and conduct regular performance conversations.

* Managing and monitoring recruitment activity; distributing roles, managing SLA's, and ensuring tasks are picked up in a timely manner.

* Ensuring the experience delivered to candidates and clients is underpinned by excellent customer service.

* Attending regular client review meetings and suggesting areas of continuous improvement to enhance service delivery
