Recruitment Resourcer/ Trainee ConsultantTradeline recruitment is a well-established construction recruitment agency specializing in temporary, freelance and permanent staff to the construction and associated industries.
We have the exciting opportunity to employ an additional resourcer/trainee consultant to assist our sales team at our fast paced and energetic branch based in Bedford.
Salary: £20,000 - £22,000/p.a
Hours: Permanent, Full-time. Monday Friday (Office Based)
The Role:
* Liaising with the Senior resourcer and the sales team.
* Advertising job vacancies across multiple platforms such as job boards and social media.
* Call handling (screening, identifying and matching candidates to available opportunities).
* Recording data to spreadsheets and internal database.
* Ensuring candidate files are compliant (Ensuring right to work and correct certifications are held)
Required Skills:
* Excellent ability to communicate with people of different backgrounds.
* Organised with the Ability to prioritize and adapt to change.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Computer Literate (A good understanding of Word, Excel and Outlook)
* Ability to work as part of a team. And on your own initiative.
