As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Installations Manager to join our team and lead our installations department.
Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Installations Manager to oversee and manage the end-to-end process of installing our diverse range of signage products. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the flawless execution of installations, meeting strict deadlines, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
* Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of signage installations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics.
* Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of installation technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure successful project delivery.
* Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to ensure all installations meet or exceed company and industry standards.
* Client Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for clients during installations, addressing any concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Safety Compliance: Enforce and promote adherence to safety protocols and regulations during installations to create a secure working environment for the team.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in project management, preferably in the signage or related industry.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
* In-depth knowledge of signage installation techniques and best practices.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
* A commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
* Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
* Familiarity with industry-specific tools and equipment.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
