Our client is looking for an experienced Financial Reporting Manager to join their dynamic and growing global business. You will play a critical role in upholding their commitment to excellence in financial reporting, taxation and compliance.
Duties will include; -
Preparing IFRS reporting packages on a quarterly basis and confirm adhered to these standards.
Compiling statutory accounts and communicate with auditors to complete the filing process.
Producing calculations and company minutes for distribution of dividends.
Reviewing tax and administrative efficiency.
Completing corporation tax returns.
Ensuring tax efficiency.
Evaluating the changes within company legislation to ensure compliance.
Completing R&D tax returns.
Creating cash flow statements and forecasts for corporation tax.
Managing HMRC inquiries and complete HMRC audit visits.Candidate Specification; -
ACA qualified.
Over 2 years experience working in practice.
A relevant Tax qualification would be advantageous.
A solid understanding of Tax matters comprising of areas including VAT, PAYE, allowances and expenses.
Proficiency and knowledge in preparing financial statements, while adhering to UK GAAP (FRS 102) and IFRS.
Confidently handle and resolve a variety of financial accounting and tax inquiries.
Have good working knowledge and the ability to navigate HMRC systems.
A demonstrated ability to work autonomously and effectively manage workload.
