Job summary
Premises Officer, £22,787.00-£24,057.00 per annum, Permanent, free parking, sick pay, pension, cycle to work scheme, Immediate startOur client, based in Shepshed, is part of a Trust which includes a nursery, a pre-school, a swimming pool, a theatre, sports halls, and pitches in addition to the various school buildings. They are a very community orientated facility and are proud of their contributions they make to their community.
They are looking on expanding their team on site by appointing a full-time Premises Officer.
Your main responsibility will be to plan, co-ordinate and implement inspection, maintenance and repairs to the School Building and Grounds. Manage the premises staff and liaise with Contractors to ensure that the highest standards of Service Delivery are maintained.
This is a key role in ensuring that our campus not only looks the part but runs efficiently to ensure that we provide the best possible experience for both our learners and community users.
You will work in teams of 2 covering shifts between the hours of 6am and 10pm. This will include some weekend work as well.
An enhanced DBS check will be done once permanent position is offered.
