Job summary
An excellent opportunity to join our operations team in our Sheffield head office.Full time hours - Monday-Friday - 9-5.
Part time hours - 3 days per week - Wednesday - Thursday - Friday.
MUST be available for extra hours if needed - plenty of notice will be given for this.
You will be responsible for:
* Supporting all admin functions within the business as well onboarding new workers/employees.
* Answering clients/customers enquires via email and telephone.
* Inputting data onto the systems
* Checking documentation and right to work
* Chasing up missing documentation via telephone/email
* Setting up payments onto the systems
* Seeing new starters through to their start dates
We are looking for someone who:
* Excellent communication skills and phone manner
* Able to work in a team
* Strong admin and computer skills
* Comfortable making outbound and answering incoming calls
