I am eagerly seeking a highly motivated, experienced and dynamic Helpdesk Engineer to join the rapidly expanding team of a well-established Client based in Sheffield. The chosen candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional 2nd/1st line support to an ever-increasing customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide first and second-level support for the Customer base, including troubleshooting software, hardware, and business applications.
Provide first and second-level support for IT systems used by internal employees, addressing various IT problems.
Continuously develop knowledge and skills, particularly in portal development, to prepare for future projects and progression opportunitiesThe ideal candidate will have/be able to:
Previous Helpdesk Experience (Telephone/Email/Face-to-Face Support)
Strong customer/client service
Great written and communication skills
Proficient with Windows 7,8 &10
Basic Networking Knowledge
Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy
Office 365
Excellent communication skills and team player
