Position Summary: As the Technical Communications Lead, you will play a pivotal role in planning and executing marketing strategies for Offsite Brands. Your mission is to engage key decision-makers in the industry through segmented, value-driven communications. You will lead various projects that involve collaboration across departments, leveraging the expertise of technical, R&D, and customer-centric colleagues to create sales tools, training content, and communications that maximise our value to customers.

Primary Responsibilities:
Craft tailored value propositions for diverse stakeholders, delivering personalised and tangible communications.
Manage a segmented portfolio of interactions and content delivery, leveraging the necessary software and tools.
Develop a sustainable, long-term engagement strategy for both internal and external stakeholders, aligned with business strategy.
Lead project/workflow management for internal design resources, providing direction and leadership for Offsite projects.
Plan, interpret, and create various sales tools, training content, and structured communications using traditional and digital channels.
Collaborate with R&D, software development, and commercial teams to transform complex information into digestible content.
Attend key customer meetings and housebuilder developments to convert customer insights into relevant content output.
Oversee business unit website channels.
Ensure consistent protection of our product brands and corporate identity in all content and communications.
Benchmark competitor's technical product activities and provide objection handling content for business growth.
Manage agencies for digital or design needs on an ad-hoc basis.
Provide training as needed and collaborate with teams to ensure top-tier support for stakeholders.
Prioritise the safety of yourself and others in the work environment.

Experience and Skills:
Exceptional communication skills and a track record of influencing key stakeholders.
Strong understanding of stakeholder segmentation and the ability to create value propositions for diverse roles.
Proven project management skills, including meeting deadlines and leading cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in both planning and implementing communication strategies across various mediums.
Strong copywriting skills with great attention to detail.
Experience with various marketing channels, both digital and traditional.
An open, positive, and forward-thinking approach to continuous improvement in communications.
Self-starter, enthusiastic, and tactical in planning and workload management.
CRM system management, GDPR awareness, and email marketing experience are advantageous.
Experience in functional website management (WordPress) is advantageous.
Willingness to travel to site and customer visits when required (approximately 2-3 times a quarter).
