Job summary
RTL Group are looking for Site Agent to join a leading contractor on a major civils project in Ely!As a Senior Site Engineer you will:
* Manage site engineers and support the Site Agent and supervisors with the day to day running of the site.
* Support the site agent to deliver exemplary health, safety, environmental and quality performance.
* Responsible for quality control, understanding of specifications, and DWI requirements.
* Provide engineering support to ensure technical problems are overcome and technical queries are answered.
* Take a proactive approach to resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
* Responsible for providing and maintaining setting out and dimensional control, to ensure accurate construction of the work.

Due to locations of some of your projects, it may mean that you are required to live away from home. Your required Skills and Experience
* Proven experience of being part of large-scale infrastructure programmes of work, preferably with experience of working on large diameter pipelines within the water sector.
* Understanding and experience of land entry practices.
* Thorough understanding of commercial, contractual and procurement processes, including the NEC suite of contracts to enable effective delivery.
* Full Manual UK driving license essential
* Communication skills, youll be passionate about optimising collaboration and be accustomed to bringing different stakeholders together to share knowledge, expertise and innovation to find the most relevant solutions
