Job summary
Our client is a large manufacturing business based in the Malton area. The are looking for an Administrator to join their growing and well established IT team.Would you like focused training and development within your role so that your career can flourish? What the Administrator job involves
Purchasing all new equipment requirements within the IT department, obtaining quotes, raising Purchase Orders, reconciling the invoices and dealing with any queries.
Managing all IT contracts and software licences, dealing with renewals and any changes that are required.
Managing all of the IT assets, tracking their usage from initial usage through to decommissioning.
Support employees with maintenance of IT equipment.
Supporting the department with administration from booking meeting rooms, arranging travel and accommodation as well as monitoring contractor expenses.
Skills required
Experience of using the whole MS Office suit, specifically Excel.
An interest in IT equipment, building or fixing.
Previous experience within Administration or purchasing.
Other information
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm
33 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays
