Job summary
Position: Servoce Coordinator - Scheduler Work Planner - Appointment setterRole: We are seeking an Operational Delivery Coordinator to oversee and manage the efficient execution of operational tasks within our division. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the work schedules for a dedicated team of Engineers meet the highest standards of customer service and productivity. This position involves a combination of proactive planning and responsive problem-solving, working closely with various departments to ensure a seamless business cycle from order placement to cash collection.
Key Responsibilities:
* Planning and organizing all national assignments for a Engineers (Electrical Installation Testing and Maintenance) on a rolling weekly basis, while maintaining effective communication with both clients and Engineers. This entails managing both the current week's tasks and those scheduled for the following week to monitor progress and guarantee on-time completion.
* Providing exceptional customer service and fostering strong relationships with key contacts to retain existing clients and attract new business. This includes dedicated attention to key accounts, ensuring that service standards align with their specific Service Level Agreements.
* Supporting field Engineers by ensuring they have the necessary health and safety training, job information, equipment, and supplies. Serving as a point of contact for Engineers in their interactions with customers and relevant internal departments.
* Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodation for Engineers working away from their base, including raising Purchase Orders and ensuring expenses are within budget and compliant with the company's expense policy.
* Monitoring task completion and the timely return of job-related documents from Engineers to provide accurate information for invoicing to the Accounts team.
* Generating and supplying various management reports, such as Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), invoicing summaries, and weekly and monthly business updates.
* Assisting the management team with any additional tasks that contribute to maintaining service quality and fulfilling the division's commercial and financial commitments.

Essential Criteria:
* Demonstrated experience in a role involving labour coordination, planning, scheduling, or operations management.
* Industry-specific experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills, characterized by effective communication, a strong service orientation, and a supportive and collaborative approach with colleagues.
* Ability to remain calm, resilient, and adaptable in a fast-paced service environment.
* Proficiency in email communication and Microsoft Office applications, with a strong focus on Excel.
* Proven ability to operate at a hands-on level while concurrently driving process improvements within the role
