Job summary

* Main point of contact for all visitors & enquiries, and provide a friendly and professional meet & greet service. Monitoring Visitors Book and issuing visitor passes
* Manage the switch board by answering calls and taking and forwarding messages
* Distribution of internal and external post
* Booking Meeting Rooms /catering at various locations in the UK when required
* Booking all travel and accommodation when required.
* Booking Hire Car vehicles, and completing insurance details as required
* Working to tight deadlines and what can be demanding schedules with last minute changes.
* Monitoring Parking spaces for visitors
* Electronic Licence checking for Company Drivers
* Ordering lunch / buffets for meetings and events whilst monitoring catering standards and costs
* Manage expenses (Credit Card) raising GDIs and booking in POs as required
* Supporting any HR administration requirements, including reference requests
* Raising Purchase Orders as requested
* Booking Training Courses for employees as required
* Point of contact and manage fundraising and charity events for the company for both local and national charities.
* Supporting wellbeing initiatives.
* Updating the Company Gift and Hospitality Register
* Monitoring Charity Snack Box in the Canteen, re-stocking on daily basis, handling of cash, contact the supplier for collection and re-stocking.

Experience:
* Previous experience in similar front office role
