Job Responsibilities:
* Program, set up, and operate CNC turning machines with Mazak and Fanuc controls.
* Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate machining processes.
* Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines to ensure optimal performance.
* Monitor and inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
* Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and implement best practices.
* Adhere to health and safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a CNC Turner, with expertise in programming, setting, and operating machines with Mazak and Fanuc controls.
* Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
* Strong knowledge of machining processes and materials.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Flexibility to work shifts and overtime as required.
