New Resource Recruitment provide professional recruitment services to large corporate clients and SMEs on a regional and national basis. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly driven recruitment consultant to take on the role of Manager at our new Nottingham office.
This new and challenging leadership position requires an energetic and driven individual with a solid background in recruitment, strong interpersonal and IT skills, who will embrace and emulate the professional culture at New Resource Recruitment and grow and develop a leading team in the Nottingham region.
The primary function of the Nottingham Manager will be to drive new business and existing customer growth and to support the wider business in the project management and on-boarding of new clients. You will be instrumental in continuing to drive the success of our service offering and brand.
The successful candidate will develop deep and long-term relationships with key stakeholders across the region, develop a strong and professional team and will work collaboratively with the company Directors to ensure the sustained growth of your geographical area.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced recruiter to develop, drive and take ownership of their own business division, with the backing of an established and successful recruitment company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Actively seeking new business opportunities within the local area (15 /20 mile radius) to grow the current client base and develop future opportunities with existing clients.
* Deliver against KPIs, new business and weekly sales targets.
* Build and maintain relationships with both new & existing business.
* Undertake regular visits to meet new potential clients and service visits to existing clients.
* Maintain contact with all clients in the specified area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
* Develop long term relationships with clients by building an understanding of their structure, culture, hiring needs and preferences...
* Negotiate contracts and appropriate commercial terms.
* Interview and assess prospective applicants and match them with client temporary, permanent and contract vacancies whilst managing the full recruitment process on behalf of the client.
* Maintain & develop the Annesley office and Nottingham region further, ensuring year on year financial growth.
* Build and grow your team, motivate, and train consultants leading from the front and by example ensuring New Resource Recruitment high standards are met and maintained.
* Supervise and actively manage the recruiting team and report on its weekly performance..
* Liaise with Directors on a regular basis keeping them up to date with employee performance, operational issues, market intelligence, forecast and predicted business levels.
* Implement new sourcing proactive recruiting methods (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean searches)
* Recommend ways to improve our employer brand.
Essential Requirements:
