Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am 6pm / 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am 1pm
Our client, a prestige franchised dealership is searching for a Service Advisor to join their growing team in 2023. If you have experience as a Service Advisor and would like to work for a notable dealership, apply today!
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Greeting customers, being the first point of contact for all visitors as they enter the dealership.
* Explaining the repair process and booking customers vehicles in.
* Effectively sell products and services as well as making customer bookings.
* Communicating with the workshop controller and the customer to ascertain the level of work required and gain authorisation.
* Making the customers experience as enjoyable as possible, whilst providing the highest level of customer service.
* Assisting the Service Manager with daily tasks and supporting fellow team members when needed.
Your Background & Skill:
* Experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealer.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Friendly and professional.
* Ability to work well within a team.
* Excellent planning and strategizing skills.
* Ability to work towards set targets.
