Shift Requirements:
Flexibility is key candidates must be available for day, night, and weekend shifts and must be able to commit to a minimum of 3 shifts a week.
Are you an experienced healthcare professional with a passion for providing complex care support? We are seeking dedicated and compassionate female Healthcare Assistants to join our team in the Sudbury, Bury St Edmunds, and Downham Market areas.

Essential:
Minimum of 1-year Proven experience in complex care.
Must have access to a car and be able to use it for work purposes.
Desired:
Experience with Tracheostomy.
Proficiency in Suctioning.
Familiarity with Ventilation procedures.
Competency in PEG feeding.
Knowledge of Seizure management.
Proficient in Moving & Handling techniques.
Understanding of spinal cord injury.
Ability to assist nurses with all clinical interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Healthcare Assistant in complex care, your role will involve:
Providing exceptional care and support to individuals with complex healthcare needs. Assisting with Tracheostomy care and maintenance. Competently performing suctioning procedures as required. Supporting ventilation needs in collaboration with the healthcare team. Administering PEG feeding under supervision.
Managing and responding to seizures effectively. Applying Moving & Handling techniques to ensure the safety and comfort of patients. Utilizing knowledge of spinal cord injury to provide targeted care. Collaborating with nurses to assist in various clinical interventions.
