Job summary
I am looking for someone pretty special. One of my favourite businesses is looking for a new member of their SMT. This is a strategic, client facing, team leading role, with a progression path.This business is non transactional, operates with high integrity, and looks to long term relationships with its client base. So much so that as the client base moves on and up, this opens new clients, in new areas, effortlessly.
The focus over the next few years will be translating that into a more cohesive presence in the local area. The team are a brilliant unit, all pulling in the same direction.
The CEO is nothing short of inspirational, if hed have me, Id work for him in a heartbeat.
Solutions focused culture, really honing consultants skill level in a problem-solving way, seeking out best practice. Very dynamic culture in the wider group, but at its core always non transactional and value led.
Headcount earmarked for growth, and a good mix of exclusive and retained work is sold. Managers upskill constantly, and they lead by example, very much a show, not tell culture.
