Job summary
Location: Stratford Upon AvonBenefits: company pension scheme, 30 days holiday (including bank holidays). Overtime available.
Hours: 42.5 hours a week - Monday to Friday (07:00 - 15:30)
Due to a new contract win with a, we are looking to recruit an experienced Static site engineer to look after a healthcare site based in Stratford upon Avon.
Job Purpose:
This is a key position, carrying out planned and reactive building maintenance in a healthcare environment. The role will involve M&E maintenance tasks along with Basic Plumbing, basic Joinery, minor roof repairs, changing locks etc.
The purpose of this role is to carry out planned and reactive maintenance repairs and PPM's. You will also be completing reports upon completion of maintenance tasks.
All work will be completed to the highest standards in an efficient and cost-effective manner, whilst complying with the laid-down company Health and Safety policy.
Key Accountabilities:
Undertake planned and reactive maintenance building maintenance / fabric works in accordance with contractual KPI's.
Advise your line manager of any repair and maintenance issues that are likely to affect the running of the building.
Carry out minor alterations and installations in accordance with current specifications.
Complete general repairs and maintenance to the building as designated by the Maintenance Manager, e.g. repairs to the building fabric, such as, plumbing, joinery, changing locks, painting.
To assist other Technicians / Engineers on site when requested to do soCandidates background & experience: -
Suitable candidates should hold a building trade qualification (NVQ / City & Guilds), ideally an Electrician.
Have an Legionella awareness training qualification.
Ability to maintain / repair a range of building fabrics
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work at heights and competent in the use of steps and ladders
IT literate capability to use Lap top generate reports on our and clients CAFM system (training will be provided)
Electrical Qualification's (Required)
HVAC Knowledge (Preferred)
Legionnaires Awareness (Required)
Building fabric experience (Preferred)
City & Guilds level 2 (Required)
CSCS (Preferred)
