Excellent opportunity for a Finance Manager with experience working in Construction to join a leading, high growth and innovative off-site construction company.

This company are a modular building manufacturer who pride themselves on exceptional quality of all their buildings and designs from start to finish. They work in numerous sectors, building high quality buildings. They provide a turnkey service from initial design through to completion and are experiencing extremely high growth with a big order book on their hands. Due to this, they are looking for a Finance Manager to join their team to manage a team of 6 people and to be responsible for the financial management of the company.
In this role you will be based in their office in Hull, reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for managing a team of 6 individuals. You will ensure the business carries out its financial activities effectively and efficiently. Working closely with the finance team you will manage the company annual budgets, analyse and develop metrics, complete VAT returns and manage accounts payable, along with other financial responsibilities. You will have the opportunity to further progress and develop your career.
This role would therefore ideally suit an ambitious individual with a background in Financial Management in a construction environment. You will be technically minded, have strong commercial acumen with the ability to challenge financial performance. You will be educated to degree level and ideally be a qualified accountant.
