You'll lead a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring smooth, efficient processes that align with our company's goals. Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and motivate an operations team to achieve performance goals.
Set clear expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Cultivate a collaborative and high-performance team culture.Operational Excellence:
Oversee processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and quality.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions.
Implement best practices and process improvements.Workflow Management:
Prioritize tasks to meet daily operational targets.
Ensure smooth workflow coordination and timely task completion.Quality Control:
Implement and enforce quality control measures.
Conduct regular quality audits and inspections.
Collaborate with other teams to address quality issues.
Inventory and Resource Management:
Optimise stock availability while minimising excess.
Coordinate resource allocation, including staffing and equipment.
Forecast resource needs and plan accordingly.Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and analyse operational reports to track performance.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
Promote data-driven decision-making.About you
Proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of operational processes, workflow management, and quality control.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage preferred).
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
