STRATEGIC PROPERTY AND ASSETS MANAGER - EAST ANGLIA - 7-MONTH CONTRACT - £ 365.22 PER DAY

ARM is working with a local authority and we are currently recruiting for a Strategic Property and Assets Manager to work in Cambridge on a contract basis until the end of June 24.

About You:
You will be a chartered surveyor and will have experience of working within a local authority and will have been involved with strategic decision-making for property and assets within the organisation. You will be able to demonstrate experience of managing commercial property portfolios also. You will be able to demonstrate stakeholder engagement, both internally and externally.

What you will be doing:
This position will lead on two fronts, one to ensure that the council's property assets are delivering the council's objectives and the other is to help develop assets as the council looks to transition to net-zero on its carbon output.

This position is based in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, and will be hybrid working.

What you can expect in return:
The rate for this position is £365.22 per day (Umbrella) and is inside IR35.

The onboarding compliance for this position will include DBS and reference checks. We can only consider applications from those eligible to work in the UK for this position.
