Your new companyA global insurance company based in Brighton is seeking a Personal Assistant to support a senior level executive in the business. This is a short-term assignment (4-8 weeks) with the potential to go perm after the initial trial period. A FTSE listed business, this is a great opportunity to work in a corporate business and gain exposure to senior management.
Your new role
In this role you will provide administrative and secretarial support to a key stakeholder. Key duties will include:
Travel arrangements including national and international travel including accommodation, transfers and producing itineraries
Extensive diary management
Prepared required documents/agenda for meetings
Arrange meetings across multiple time zones, set up conference calls and manage meeting logisticsWhat you'll need to succeed
You'll have previous experience in a PA / EA position, supporting at a senior level. You will have a proven track record of liaising with internal stakeholders, helping to prioritise workloads. Your key skills will include: booking/managing travel arrangements, diary management (ideally across time-zones). Strong MS Office experience is a must - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
What you'll get in return
You'll receive an hourly rate of £20/hr plus holiday pay, working from 9am-5.30pm. Hybrid working is available (3 days/week in the office & 2 days wfh), although some occasional travel to London may be required. This is a 4-8 week assignment, with the potential to go permanent at the end (salary c. £45k).
