In this dynamic role, you will take the lead in addressing BMS challenges, utilizing the Trend 963 portal/Vision, KMC, and RDM, while also orchestrating the creation of automated reports with alerts on a daily and weekly basis.

Your responsibilities will involve conducting remote site audits before and after investment projects. You will provide essential support to the company's clients, employees, service and maintenance contractors, and installation contractors. Your expertise in Verisae-related matters will be key in providing valuable technical insights.
This role offers opportunities for personal growth and advancement. While primarily remote, occasional on-site support will be required.
The ideal candidate will have previous BMS experience, particularly with the Trend 963 portal, as well as a solid foundation in HVAC. Possession of a valid UK driving license and access to personal transportation is a must. Prior experience in customer support is a crucial asset.

The Person:
Proficiency in HVAC, including hot and cold-water systems, renewable energy, and basic electrical knowledge
Valid UK driving license and personal transport access
Prior hands-on experience with BMS and Trend 963 portal/vision
Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
Key Responsibilities:
Extract relevant technical information from Verisae and Trend, interpret trend analysis, and share technical reports with various contractors and clients.
Investigate BMS issues using the Trend 963 portal/Vision, KMC, and RDM, resulting in automated creation of daily/weekly reports with alerts.
Perform on-site visits to customer locations, provide outstanding customer service, and collaboratively resolve issues with customer staff for maximum efficiency.
Conduct remote audits of sites before and after investment projects, including pre-BMS PPM reviews.
