Job summary
Reception Administrator, £25,000 pa. 10 Month Fixed Term Contract, Mon Fri, 9am to 5:30pm, Yeovil.We are currently recruiting for an experienced Reception Administrator to join a well-established business with locations in Yeovil and London. 10 Month Contract for Maternity cover to start in March with the possibility of a Permanent role after.
Are you an approachable, friendly person with a keen eye for detail and hospitality? As a Reception Administrator, you will be expected to provide a high level of care and hospitality when welcoming visitors, answering telephones or communicating with clients. As a Reception Administrator your role will be varied but include:
General Receptionist duties, including the welcoming of visitors
General administration duties as required by the team
Data entry using Excel spreadsheets
Management of project files and Diary Maintenance.
As the ideal Reception Administrator you will be a confident and pro-active team member, with great communication skills. You will bring your previous experience as Reception Administrator to a vibrant and dynamic team, you will need:
Previous Administration experience (ideally 2 years)
Excellent IT Skills (MS Office packages)
Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal
A flexible, positive, can do attitude
