Job summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Administrator to join a fantastic creative client who are a not -for-profit organisation. The is a pivotal role that will support the wider team, you will be delivering across multiple areas such as fundraising and marketing. The is an events-based organisation and does require support with artists, performers and creative individuals, ensuring the accurate delivery of all projects.You will need to have exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work flexibly and effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be supporting with ad hoc PA duties in addition such as diary management and booking travel.
Due to the nature of the role, you will be office based five days a week, this is due to the creative approach and need to work organically.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Support the Marketing, Programme, and Development teams with varying needs throughout the year.
Handle artist liaison, including domestic and international travel and accommodation bookings.
Provide administrative support for departmental team meetings.
Manage incoming calls, post, and email correspondence.
Book meeting rooms and provide hospitality as required.
Arrange parking permits for visitors.Other Responsibilities:
Support the Office Manager and EA to CEO & Artistic Director with ad hoc tasks and provide cover during periods of absence.
Assist with analysis of all events data.
Perform other tasks as reasonably required, relating to Festival activity.Skills & Knowledge:
Experience within an events based role
Experience of working at a senior level.
Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure in a busy environment.
Efficient organizational skills, with a very high degree of accuracy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work quickly and accurately in a time-sensitive environment.
A team player with flexibility and adaptability.
Computer literate with comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office.
