Divisional Resourcing Manager Childrens Services - £60K + £4800 Car AllowanceStockport, with regular travel to other CareTech Offices
We are looking to appoint a dynamic and proactive Divisional Resourcing Manager to lead our Childrens Division.
The successful candidate will be working a 37.5hr week, based from our Stockport Office, with regular travel to our Head Office on Potters Bar, Hertfordshire, and other UK CareTech Sites.

As Divisional Resourcing Lead for Childrens Services you will play a key leadership role have the responsibility to support the CareTech Childrens Services Division to meet their resourcing requirements such that they can achieve their business objectives. You will also have a significant role in the wider Resourcing Leadership Team, sharing knowledge and best practice, to support and drive the Groups overall People and Resourcing Strategy.
You will build a high performing team, be a leader and manager coaching team members. You will actively support and lead on appropriate corporate projects that include may include the use of digital technology, employee branding, values based recruitment and diverse and creative recruitment strategies.
The post-holder will ultimately be responsible to develop, shape and deliver the Resourcing and on boarding Plan for the Childrens and Young People division through implementing a tailored recruitment strategy for each individual area. To have clearly defined metrics that allow the team (and individuals) to have a focus and direction and which they can be measured against.
Utilising key workforce information, the post-holder will work with the Group Head of Resourcing & Childrens Services Leaders, to understand current and future workforce requirements in order to support the development of and implement the Regional Resourcing Strategy which meets those needs.
The position will involve leading a team of Resourcing professionals including Senior Resourcing Business Partners, Field Based Resources, Advisors and Onboarding Administrators.
Person Specification
The post holder will need strong Recruitment Business Partnering or Team Leading experience, with current or previous exposure to working in Childrens Social care a must.

Knowledge & Experience
Knowledge of Recruitment within the Childrens Services sector, specifically Safer Recruitment (KCSIE)
Experience of working in a fast paced, volume recruitment role.
Knowledge of Recruitment within the Social Care Sector, specifically Childrens Homes Regulations (CQC and Ofsted).
Experienced of implementing a Regional Talent Acquisition strategy aligned to challenging commercial goals and business objectives
Exposure to Workforce Planning within healthcare or another fast
