The School and Role
Vision for Education are looking to recruit a Vocational Teaching Assistant to work with Post 16 learners to support them in settling into college life.
This is a supportive, inclusive and exciting post-16 provision that provides support and development for learners with a range of special educational needs and disabilities. As a Vocational Teaching Assistant every day will be different. You could be supporting learners in accessing vocational programmes such as; animal care and agriculture one day and then catering and performing arts the next.
Requirements
The desired Vocational Teaching Assistant will have;
Experience of working with either; children, young people or adults with SEND
A passion for education and helping people
A nurturing and engaging personality
