Job summary
Client Services CoordinatorWe are recruiting for a Client Services Coordinator for a very well-respected company based in St Albans. This is a brand-new position due to an exciting expansion phase; the company offer excellent training and development opportunities!
This is a key role responsible for building long term relationships between the company and their clients, ensuring a professional service is delivered in a highly efficient manner. The company prides itself on delivering an exceptional customer relationship, therefore this is a proactive role anticipating and fulfilling the needs of the client in advance.

Key responsibilities for the Client Services Coordinator:
* Act as clients key contact point
* Conduct due diligence on new clients
* Liaise with all stakeholders to co-ordinate/schedule meetings
* Complete a first review on the submitted Financial and Technical reports
* Ensure claims are fully maximised, yet compliant with the legislation, ensuring the company is always working in the best interests of clients
* Once the claim reports have been reviewed and approved, you will be responsible for ensuring that the accountant submits the reports promptly and correctly
* Record all activity and tasks within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM
For this Client Services Coordinator role the client are looking for:
* Ideally 2-3 years in a similar client focused role
* Possess excellent communication skills at all levels
* Enjoy working as part of a team and achieving a team as well as individual targets
* Confident and ambitious and willing to actively participate in meetings
* Are able to use standard Microsoft Office programmes
* Are able to multi-task and prioritise activities required of you
* Can work under pressure and experience of meeting targets
* Have excellent time management skills
