Business Development ExecutiveFMCG Drinks
Field Based Essex/Cambridgeshire/Suffolk ( expected to travel 4 days per week )
Up to £34k ( depending on experience ) plus company car, bonus & benefits
The opportunity:
A global drinks brand with an amazing culture is looking for a BDE to grow sales within the territory of Essex/Cambridgeshire/Suffolk.
What will my key accountabilities be?
Building strong relationships with local customers, developing trust & credibility
Developing new and existing customers, establishing and implementing business plans for growth and carrying out regular business reviews.
Identifying client needs with their range of drinks plus any other NPD that is launched during your time in role.
Managing you territory profit & loss (P&L) to ensure growth, right product, right place, right consumer
Who will I be working with?
Your line manager, National Account Team, customers
A great candidate will have:
Bachelors degree preferred but all bright sparks are welcome
Experience of a sales environment is preferred although not essential.
A tenacious and entrepreneurial approach
Financial numeracy and Competent use of Microsoft Office applications
Strong Interpersonal skills

Bonus - 8%
Holiday Annual holiday entitlement is 26 days, increasing to 27 days after five years' and 28 days after 10 years' service plus bank hols.

The Process?
First stage 1hr interview conducted by hiring manager and a colleague via Microsoft Teams
Includes a case study that will be provided to the candidate approx. 1 day in advance of interview. CV review & Competency based questions
Second Stage 1hr interview to be conducted by Controller and a colleague
Competency based questions followed up exploring candidates strengths, development areas & ambitions
