My client is an exciting software company who works with clients in the healthcare industry. They are currently expanding into new markets, so it is a great time to join them. They offer masses of career potential and an interesting and varied role as well as excellent benefits including a bonus and private healthcare.
Due to expansion, they are looking for a Software Support Analyst who can provide support to customers on their bespoke software, as well as install and customise applications for customers, run training sessions for new users and test bug fixes before delivery to the customer.
Software Support Analyst Duties:
* Take incoming support calls from customers and provide assistance as required.
* Monitor incoming support tickets and ensure response within the agreed SLAs.
* Analyse customer issues, diagnose and resolve where possible.
* Escalate the issue for assistance from the development team if required.
* Maintain and track and close support issues on Jira.
* Install and customise applications for new customers.
* Run training sessions for new users.
* Test bug fixes released by the development team before delivery to the customer.
Software Support Analyst Over to you! Our ideal candidate will;
* Have experience in a similar, software / technical support role
* Have knowledge and experience with the following - SQL/ Windows/ Databases/ Web servers/ Remote Access Tools
* Have experience working with service desk ticketing tools such as Jira
* Have some coding experience or knowledge (bonus)
* Have very strong interpersonal and communication skills and enjoy working in an agile; fast-paced environment
* Have an exceptional telephone manner and be able to provide support to customers over the phone and via email effectively.
