Job summary

I am seeking a Deputy Manager to manage a 60 bedded Residential care home for the elderly in St Johns. This home has an overall Good CQC rating.

Key Responsibilities of a Deputy Manager:
Assisting the Home Manager in overall running of the home including standards, quality of care, recruitment, and training.
Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries.
Build strong relationship with regional and operations directors.
Ensuring company policies are followed and adhered to.Deputy Manager Requirements:
Experience managing a Residential home.
NVQ Level 4 in management.
Experience working with the Elderly and Dementia patients.
Longevity in previous roles.
Ability to assist managing teams, improve services, quality, and performance.
Assisting to ensure CQC and company policies are followed and adhered.Benefits:

Salary paying up to £55,000 + bonuses
