Customer Service Agent/Inbound Centre AgentPermanent contract, based in LE4, Transport required due to location.
Salary: £22,484.80 p/a rising to £23,441.60 p/a + Benefits + Free Car Parking
Shift pattern: includes Evenings, Weekend and Nights
Duties:
First point of contact for all customer queries over the phone/email
Good PC admin skills using Word, Outlook and bespoke systems (training provided)
Good organisational skills
Requirements:
Own transport required due to location
