Exciting Opportunity for Production Line Operators in Rothley, LeicesterJoin our dynamic team at our client's site in Rothley, Leicester, where we're looking for 2 dedicated Production Line Operators. This is your chance to be a part of a thriving operation, working on a 4 on 4 off rota, with two 12-hour day shifts followed by two 12-hour night shifts.
This role offers a genuine temp-to-perm opportunity, with the possibility of securing a permanent contract after 12 consecutive weeks. At our company, we value growth and development, with ample progression opportunities as we prioritize internal promotions.
Payrate:
£14.00 per hour (inclusive of shift allowance)
Hours:
4 on 4 off, comprising 2 days (7am-7pm) and 2 nights (7pm-7am)
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain strict adherence to food hygiene standards
Perform quality checks on the production line
Manage stop/starts efficiently
Address minor machine issues
Follow all Health & Safety policies diligently
Requirements:
A positive, can-do attitude
While previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, it's not mandatory
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Keen eye for detail and dedication to maintaining quality standards
