The Role: As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will include:
Operating and maintaining machinery and equipment according to established standards and procedures.
Monitoring the production line to ensure efficiency, productivity, and adherence to quality standards.
Performing quality checks and inspections to ensure that products meet rigorous specifications.
Assisting with material handling, inventory management, and general production tasks.
Collaborating with the team to identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.Qualifications and Skills: To succeed in this role, we are looking for individuals who possess the following:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred, but not essential. We welcome applications from motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills, as you will be working closely with colleagues across various departments.What's on Offer:
A choice from the following shifts - 4 days on and 4 days off 07:00-19:00, paying £12.74ph OR 4 nights on and 4 nights off, 19:00-07:00 paying £14.78ph.
