Job summary
MDH are new, growing recruitment agency who work within the warehousing, production and manufacturing industry. We are looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join the team.This role is perfect for somebody who enjoys developing existing and new business.
Our office is based in Rutherglen, however we are all adults and hybrid working is available.
Base salary of £26,000 to £30,000 dependant on experience. Your monthly bonus is completely unlimited and you would be able to achieve 50k in year one alone. For experienced consultants, your base salary and OTE will be higher.
Areas where you would support:
* Business Development - Working to a strategic sales plan and target list set out by you and the Managing Director.
* 360 Recruiting, from client acquisition to placement to involving.
* Candidate Attraction - Preparation, sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring, and on boarding of candidates who will work with your clients.
* Supporting the workforce to ensure the highest levels of worker engagement
* Driving focus on continuous improvement on process, procedures, and service delivery.

This role would suit someone who has worked within a 360 sale role, ideally from a recruitment agency or someone who comes from a service background who wants to make the leap to consultant. Minimum experience of working within an agency for 12 months is essential for this role.
Client visits are a vital part of this role, so have a driving licence and access to a vehicle would be a big plus.
