£23,543 plus shift premium £3,288 (total £26,831)
Shifts - 4 on 4 off rotating days and nights 6am - 6pm / 6pm - 6.00 am
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:
As an Operator you will be required to Operate Plant Machinery and equipment efficiently to produce a product within the Food Safety and Quality system.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensuring that authorized work is completed safely
Utilizing required controls to prevent risk of exposure to hazards
Participating actively in incident investigations, training, and other health and safety initiatives
Reporting all unsafe acts and conditions and all incidents, near misses and workplace injuries/illnesses as per company procedure
Understand production processes including set up and operation of plant machinery, diagnose process and equipment faults to achieve maximum throughput and quality in line with daily production and quality specification targets.
Complete Pre-start HACCP checks and relevant magnet checks across the plant.

Physically fit and capable to working across multiple floors and at height
