Leaders in Care UK is seeking an experienced and dedicated Domiciliary Care Manager to join our client's care team providing home care services across Manchester. This full-time care management role is based in Manchester and offers an attractive salary of £45,000 and a benefits package.As our Domiciliary Care Manager, you will oversee and coordinate all aspects of our home care operations. You will also manage teams of care workers and create staff rotas, conducting assessments and reviews for new and existing service users and working alongside service users, families and healthcare professionals to develop tailored care plans.
Your key Domiciliary Care Manager duties will include:
Managing teams of care workers and creating staff rotas
Conducting assessments and reviews for new and existing service users
Working alongside service users, families and healthcare professionals to develop tailored care plans
Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and best practice care standards
Monitoring quality of care provision and identifying areas for improvement.
The ideal Domiciliary Care Manager candidate will have:
Proven experience as a Domiciliary/Home Care Manager
Excellent leadership, motivational and organisation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of CQC regulations and care sector best practices
Flexibility to work some evenings/weekends when needed.
