We are growing our electrical workshop team to meet the ever-increasing needs of our expanding business.
To help us achieve this we are looking for someone to join our current team and support our workshop electricians and customers. If you are an experienced electrician or mechanic with electrical experience within the construction industry and are looking for a career in a reputable business, then this is the role for you!
About The Role
We are looking for Workshop Electrical Fitter to join the team at our Liverpool Repair Centre which forms part of our Hire branch. This role covers Monday to Friday 40 hours per week.
This role will expand your experience and develop your skills within both mechanical and electrical engineering. For this role we are looking for individuals to hold either electrical or mechanical qualification suitable for the role.
In this role you will be carrying out full repair of electrical submersible/surface pumps and motors, this will include electrical tasks working with motors and mechanical tasks concerning bearings and mechanical seals.
Responsibilities:
* Within this role you will be working with and repairing broken pumps, replenishing second hand pumps.
* You will require a good level of engineering experience, within manufacturing or pumps.
* You will be working within our team of workshop electricians who hold a variety of experience and a broad range of skills & knowledge.
* We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, passionate, wants to know about the job, is keen to learn about the company and within the role, asks questions and shows genuine interest.
* You will need to be able to communicate effectively in a timely manner and any defects found must be reported to your supervisor
