Job summary
Schedular / AdministratorMy client is a growing building maintenance company who are looking for an experienced scheduler to join their growing organisation .
Scheduling work for internal team members and contractors, this will involve liaising with residents to agree appointments and arrange any follow-on works, then following up to ensure jobs are completed and any agreed variations are raised accurately.
Main duties:
Planning, scheduling, and allocating repairs.
Rebooking missed service appointments
Assisting the Service Manager with scheduling gas safety checks for housing associations
Printing and sending out service enquires.
Ordering parts if required.
Ensuring the correct prioritisation of works
Liaising with residents by telephone and email to arrange appointments, facilitate the completion of the works.
Tracking and monitoring progress of works to ensure they run smoothly for their residents and trades staff.
Dealing with a high call volume.
Experience Required
Worked within a similar sector and have an understanding of trade and duties i.e. gas engineers, plumbers, electricians
Experience of dealing directly with service users.
Customer service experience.
IT Literate
Proactive approach to all tasks and problem solving.
Happy to work in a busy environment.
