Working for an industry leading, well-established client in the local area, this position offers clear career development and progression opportunities.
The role - This is a 360 Business Development Position, generating new business via lead generation, prospecting and pipelining and successfully converting leads into new customers.
Utilise data/ analytics to target potential customers and identify trends/ areas of improvement.
Work with the wider sales team/ marketing team and customer accounts team to optimise results.
Nurture relationships with potential and existing customers to ensure an excellent customer experience throughout.
Conduct market research to identify and qualify potential leads.
Maintain accurate records of all communication and keep the CRM fully up to date.
Continually develop product knowledge and understanding, keeping up to date with market trends and competitor intel. Experience within a Business Development role is key - additional experience within merchandising, shop fitting or product display is even better!
To be successful you will need -
Results driven, enthusiastic and proactive.
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
IT Proficient
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Ability to work with autonomy likewise with a team.
