THE ROLE: COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR/LAWYERPQE: 2-3 YRS PQE +

Our clients are a top law firm with offices in Herts, Beds and Bucks and a fantastic opportunity has arisen within their Commercial Property Dept. This well-established law firm have built a great reputation over the last 50 years to that being not only one of the best law firms to deal with but that they also have a very personal and sensitive approach to doing business.
They are considered dynamic and progressive and can boast of having some of the most experienced, qualified and dedicated legal practitioners within the region, all of whom are committed to getting the best results.
The successful candidate will have a broad range of knowledge as they will be managing a mixed bag of work from their existing commercial property portfolio of High Street Restaurants, Bars and Business Corporation Acquisitions, including:-
The sale, purchase and lease of land or property.
Development and infrastructure projects.
Property finance and investment.
Leasehold management.
The drafting, reviewing and negotiation of contracts.
able to work with other departments on joint projects
This would suit a Commercial Property Solicitor who has a strong academic background, with great drafting and negotiating skills along with commercial awareness. With your keen skills in business development and networking activities, you will become an integral part of their law firm.
There will be an opportunity to work alongside their existing Property Solicitor who will be leaving next year,where you will gain experience first-hand with a considerable amount of time with the hand over.
If you are driven and have ambition and are looking to forge ahead with your own career, then this role will offer you the opportunity, where you will manage their small team and build on it further. There will also be an opportunity for career development and enhancement in the near future.
With offices in the 3 regions, you will be able to choose which office you would like to work out from and there is also an opportunity to work on a hybrid part of the week.
Start Date: ASAP
Holidays: Standard plus Bank Holidays
Hours: 9-5.30pm with flexibility to work from home
